We are excited to announce our first Run Club at Heat Yoga! We will be meeting for 7 weeks, starting on August 4th at 9:30 for a 30-45 run, followed by a 30 minute stretch class to cool down. Each week, we will have a bit different run, some intervals and distance runs. We will focus on the beautiful area around the studio.
The club is open to all level runners and we will keep a reasonable pace so all can keep up. Check our workshop section for more info! Cost is only $50 for the 7 weeks.
