Announcing the September 2016 30 Day Yoga Challenge!

Announcing the Heat Yoga September 2016 30 Day Yoga Challenge! What is a 30 day challenge? The idea behind it is simple. We all want to be healthier in body, mind, and spirit, and we believe that yoga helps bring us into a healthy state of balance. Why not this fall, commit to doing yoga every day for 30 days in a row in order to make the practice an ingrained habit? We promise that we're going to make the challenge as easy as possible to stick to. All you have to do is show up and sign in - we'll do all of the tracking. You can go to any class on our schedule each day. If you want to practice savasana for the whole hour that you are in our studio room, your class still counts. That may be what your body needs from you that day!

The Heat 30 Day Challenge kicks off on September 12th and ends on the October 11th. All challenge participants will receive a Heat Yoga Challenge t-shirt and a special invite to the Heat Yoga Challenge Party where you can reward yourself with a relaxing and peaceful Restorative class! Must sign up by 8/22 to register for the challenge. Only one class per day counts toward the challenge.

Best Wishes to Sam Lickteig

Sam Lickteig will be leaving Heat Yoga Studios at the end of July 2016 to pursue other opportunities. Sam spent the last 6 years as General Manager as Heat Yoga grew from a single studio in Blaine to two studios serving the communities surrounding Blaine and Maple Grove. Please join us in wishing him well in his future endeavors. We are in the process of hiring a General Manager. Heat Yoga Studios is dedicated to creating a community that offers a unique experience that inspires a yoga lifestyle both on and off the mat.
