We at Heat Yoga Studios believe.......

Heat Yoga Manifesto

·  We believe yoga is for everyone

·  We believe when we enter the heat and humidity of the studio, we sweat away all of our fears, worries and anxiety

·  We believe in the art of breath

·  We believe in the strength of community

·  We believe that spending time on ourselves on our mats makes everything better

·  We believe that yoga isn’t about the poses but what the poses teach us about ourselves

·  We believe in practicing yoga everyday – whether it’s the physical practice on our mats, being present or truly breathing

What the Yoga?

What The Yoga?
Yoga is weird, and sometimes you can't help but ask yourself, what the heck am I doing right now? On Sunday, March 8th, we'll take two hours to break down our practice and discover that even though there are a lot of poses, there are only a few isolated efforts that combine in different ways to make up the variety of weirdness that we call our yoga practice. When we recognize the simplicity underneath the complexity, we start to realize why we are doing what we are doing, and how to see the interconnection between the poses, making more advanced poses more attainable and understandable. Workshop taught by Chloe Meyer.
