Our studio is heated to 105 degrees with 35% humidity.
Come to class with an open mind. Many people come to Heat Yoga for different reasons; you may find yourself receiving benefits you weren't expecting (such as: greater flexibility, improved posture, improved breathing techinique, weight loss, stress reduction, etc.).
What to Bring:
Comfortable, light-weight clothes that you can easily move around in.
Water - Drink lots of water before and after class to keep your body hydrated. You may want to bring water into the studio too.
Yoga Mat - Don't have one? Don't worry. We rent mats for $1 and sell Manduka mats as well.
Towel - You may also rent towels for $1 or buy Manduka towels specially designed for hot yoga.
Optional change of clothes - We have showers in our studio, so feel free to use them after class.

Our Maple Grove Studio offers an eco- friendly studio design. Responsibility for the future health and vitality of our planet is an issue we take seriously. We’ve incorporated eco-friendly features into the building, heating system (radiant heat) and design of our studios, including recycled materials throughout the entire space as often as possible. The heated panels in the ceiling allow you to personalize your heating intensity. Place your mat directly underneath a panel and you will receive a slightly warmer practice than other open areas in the ceiling.
