What The Yoga?
Yoga is weird, and sometimes you can't help but ask yourself, what the heck am I doing right now? On Sunday, March 8th, we'll take two hours to break down our practice and discover that even though there are a lot of poses, there are only a few isolated efforts that combine in different ways to make up the variety of weirdness that we call our yoga practice. When we recognize the simplicity underneath the complexity, we start to realize why we are doing what we are doing, and how to see the interconnection between the poses, making more advanced poses more attainable and understandable. Workshop taught by Chloe Meyer.
