Krista Nielsen

Krista started practicing yoga after an old knee injury made running and other forms of exercise injurious. What she once thought of as just a form of exercise now challenges her body, mind and spirit all at the same time. Throughout her practice and training, she has come to believe that she can integrate yoga into every part of her life. Through teaching, Krista hopes to inspire others to appreciate the practice of yoga, the way her teachers have inspired her. Krista completed her 200 hour teacher training through YogaWorks in May 2014 with trainer Alexandria Crow.
