Named a “Woman to Watch” by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Sue is an author and speaker who has been empowering people to “go for the edge” for over two decades. Her longtime practice and interest in alternative healing and wellness led her to receive her 200 hour yoga certification from Core Power. Her youngest daughter introduced her to yoga over 8 years ago, but it wasn’t until Sue started attending classes regularly that her chronic back pain healed. She noticed a decrease in her stress level and an increase in her over all wellbeing. Having raised three daughters and building a career over the last 20 years, yoga has helped Sue learn to slow down, find gratitude for what is and live in the moment. She is thrilled to be a part of the Heat Yoga team. She is a passionate and enthusiastic teacher and excited about sharing all that yoga has to offer!

HEAT A is a set sequence of postures linking breath and movement (vinyasa), this class moves at moderate pace. The series of postures improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance and mind-body awareness, while enjoying a deep sense of calm. The heat allows for a safe, deep loosening of the muscles and joints, mobilizes and strengthens the spine and stimulates and detoxifies the internal organs. Emphasis on tight hamstrings, glutes and strengths back muscles.
