Jennifer Lee

Jennifer took her first yoga class about 10 years ago. She liked the fact that she could actually slow down and still get a good workout. As a mother of 3, yoga was a really nice break and she did as much of it as she could. Jennifer’s hunger to learn more grew. So, she signed up for a yoga journal conference and took classes with Shiva Rea, Sean Corn, Cindy Lee, and other nationally known teachers. Shortly after she got back, Jennifer signed up for yoga teacher training through yogafit and started teaching in the year 2004 at Lifetime Fitness. Her desire to teach and learn has continued to grow. She has taken the 200 hour training at Corepower, completed trainings through Lifetime Fitness, and continues to take classes as much as possible.

  • HY Vinyasa 1
  • HY VINYASA 1 is an ALL LEVELS class accessible to students of any experience. Teachers will guide you through a 60 minute vinyasa style class in less heat than our HEAT A classes. Emphasis in level 1 classes will be foundational postures. Vinyasa yoga is a rhythmic practice that energizes the body and quiets the mind by using conscious breath to flow dynamically from posture to posture through a variety of transitional movements. 
    Appropriate for student at ALL levels can create their own physical intensity by choosing offered modifications and variations every practice you attend

  • Candlelit Flow
  • Candlelight flow-our newest class!
    Unwind from your day bathed in candlelight while you move and breathe to slower flow class. The end of the class has some longer holds for a more restorative ending to your day. And of course a longer Svasana is featured to allow you to completely let go.

  • Gentle Flow Warm
  • This non-heated class is held at a slower pace, suitable for beginners, those with physical limitations, and experienced students who are looking for an opportunity to slow down and find some peace. A lot of modifications for injuries and very little weight bearing on the wrists and knees is what make this class accessible for everyone. Bolsters and blocks will be utilized though out and you will be given thorough instruction on alignment and use of the props. This is a safe and relaxing class that will leave you feeling refreshed and at ease. Please inform your teacher of any injuries or physical limitations.

  • HY Vinyasa 2
  • HY VINYASA 2 is an intermediate level class accessible to all students. Vinyasa yoga is a rhythmic practice that energizes the body and quiets the mind by using conscious breath to flow dynamically from posture to posture through a variety of transitional movements. In our level 2 class, you will not only get some foundational work, but be offered some advanced postures as well. Practiced in our same heat level as HEAT A FLOW.
    Students of all levels are welcome, teachers will offer options/modifications if needed. 

  • Heat 26
  • Heat 26
    This 60 minute class consists of 26 Traditional Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. This set sequence is scientifically designed to progress from one posture to the next. This practice will challenge you physically while detoxing, strengthening and toning all major muscle groups. Benefits are many including better overall health, increased cardiovascular fitness, increased strength and flexibility. Each breathing exercise and posture will be practiced once, heat at 105 degrees with humidity at 30%. Challenge your mind as well as your body!
